Check in/Check out

Check in from 2.00pm on day of arrival, check out by 11.00am on day of departure

Lost Room / Hotel Keys

On arrival, guests are given one key for the main entrance and one key for their room, both given keys will remain in the guest’s possession until they check-out.

​

Guests are responsible for both keys during their stay and must not give any keys to anyone who is not staying at Avant Garde.

​

Please Note Guests will be charged £15.00 per key, if they lose a keys during their stay.

​

Payment

A 50% non refundable deposit is payable when booking your stay, Remainding balance to be paid on day of arrival.

Verification

We will require your site profile name to verify you are a genuine swinger when making your booking or if you are just joining us for the evening.

​

Anyone booking a hotel room or attending as a non resident for the evening  MUST have a verification  on their site profile.

​

Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guest will be responsible to reimburse Avant Garde any costs incurred from such damage or destruction.

After guests have vacated their room, the room will be checked for any damage or any items missing and the guest will be contacted.

​

Left, Lost or Damaged Property

If guests have left or lost their property at Avant Garde, they must inform us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to find their lost property.

​

Guests will incur a packaging and postage charge to return left or found lost property. The packaging and postage cost will be calculated subject to the weight and size of the item.

​

Any packaging and postage fees must be received by us, before we post items to you.

​

We are not responsible for damage caused to items once they have been posted.

​

Guests or their private property, inclusive of vehicles, are not insured by the property owners against loss or harm due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, crook or negligent acts of others, or any different cause.

Please Note: Any item that is not claimed within 7 days of departure will be disposed of accordingly.

CCTV

We do have cameras inside the hotel and others outside protecting the building. The ones inside are: Covering the front door, reception and bar area to protect your belongings and to cover any issues at the front door.

​

These are recording for all of our security and piece of mind, and should not be seen as covert in anyway. The data from these can only be requested by the Police following an incident in which the information might be of used.

Mobile Phones and Recording Devices

Guests may take non commercial photographs for their own personal use but must respect the privacy of other guests. NO photography or recordings of any type are permitted in the playroom.

​

Health and Safety

Avant Garde fully conforms to all fire and health and safety regulations written by the local authority, with annual inspections and safety tests being carried out with relevant certificates issued accordingly.

​

All guests using the playroom facilities / equipment do so at their own risk. Avant Garde will not be held responsible for any personal injuries caused by the mis use of the equipment by any guests.
